I have just signed up with ATM Dollar. But I didn’t receive verification email. How to complete the verification of my account?

Sometimes the mails may be delivered in Spam/Junk folder of your mail box. In case you didn’t receive it there you can drop a mail to help@atmdollar.com

Can I get my payout reinvested automatically?

Yes. In ATM Premium plan your payout will be added to your investment every month.

Can I get my refferal payout reinvested automatically?

As of now this feature is not available in ATM Dollar. We will let you know about this if we add this feature.

How to change my investment plan? For example, Classic to Premium?

Investment plans can not be changed. However you can cancel the current plan and invest in new plan.

How to cancel my investment plan?

Login to your ATM Dollar Account . You will find the list of investments in the home page. Simply click on the "Cancel Plan" button of the investment you want to cancel. Your investment will be cancelled and the amount will be credited to your wallet right away.

Can I change my referrer id?

You cannot change the referral id. In exceptional cases you can send a request for the same to help@atmdollar.com, on review of the request ATM Dollar admin team will approve or reject the request based on the internal policy.

How to change my mobile number & Email Id?

You can contact help@atmdollar.com for mobile number or email update. It can be updated after verification.

Can I create more than one account?

No, only one account per individual is allowed. No duplicate accounts allowed.

How to file a complaint incase of transaction errors?

You can click on the Contact Us section to register a complaint and be rest assured it will be resolved quickly.
